  • Our rates for this year have not changed.A private bath room is $130+tax/nt/couple for a 2 night minimum. On occasion we can accomodate one night stays for $150+tax/couple. Our shared bath rate is $120+tax/nt/couple for a 2 night minimum. Single night rate is $130+tax/nt/couple. The third floor suite is $140+tax/couple for a 2 night minimum. Single night rate is $160+tax/couple. Extra adult $30, child $15-20. Use of extra bed in room/couple $10.

Peak season(3rd week of June thru Labor Day) rates for the lake House are $3850 w/3rd fl(up to 18 people) w/o $3450(up to 14 people)wkly(sun-sun). Daily rate $475-500 w/2day min if available. Cottage $1250wkly(sun-sun). $200/day 3day min if available. Off season(After Labor Day thru 2nd week of June) Lake House $2100, w/3rd fl $2300. $450-475/day 2day min. Cottage $800wkly, $200/day 2day min. Cottage is closed 3rd week of October. Reduced rate for renting both properties. There is a 4% occupancy tax and a cleaning fee. Pet(s) are allowed with prior arrangement and approval.There is a fee for pets.
