Single night rate is $150/nt/couple. The shared bath room rate is $120/nt/couple for a 2 night minimum. Single night rate is $130/nt/couple. The 3rd floor suite is $140/nt/couple for a 2 night minimum. Single night rate is $160/nt/couple. Single night stays cannot always be accomodated. There is a 12%tax on the room rate. An extra person in the room is $30/person/nt. Child $15-20/nt. Use of extra bed in room by couple is $10.		YN

Peak Season (3rd week of June thru Labor Day) wkly(Sun-Sun) rates for Lake House w/ 3rd fl $3850, w/o $3450. Daily rate $525-575 w/3day min if available. Cottage $1250 wkly(Sun-Sun). Daily $200 w/3day min if available. Low Season (after Labor Day thru 2nd wk of June) Lake House $2800 w/3rd fl, $2400 w/o. Daily rate $450-500 w/2day min. Cottage $800wkly, $200/day w/2day min. Cottage closed 3rd week of October. Reduced rate available for renting both properties for minimum of one week. There is a 4% occupancy tax and cleaning fee. Pet(s) are allowed with prior arrangement and approval. There is a pet fee.		YN
