11/18/2007	Summer Availability of the Lake House and cottage	The Lake House and the cottage are available for weekly rental (usually sunday to sunday) during the summer months (starting the last week in June). It can also be available on a rental basis at other times of the year. The B&B is otherwise in operation after the Labor Day weekend. The weekly summer rate for the B&B is $3200 and for the cottage $1250. The off season rate is $1800 for the B&B and $800 for the cottage. The cottage is unavailable after the 3rd week in October since it is seasonal.		YN
01/29/2008	Bed &Breakfast Rates	Our private bath room rate is $130+tax/nt for a 2 night minimum. On occasion we can accomodate one night stays for $150+tax. Our shared bath rate is $115/nt+tax for 2 night minimum. On 3 day weekends we may require a 3 night minimum. We have a newly renovated private bath room on our third floor that is not yet shown on the website.		YN
